We’re excited about creating the brand for MERIDIAN, a new 14-acre real estate development in Manila, Philippines. It’s not every day that we get calls from Manila and this is an unusually large project by any standards. The project is located in the new entertainment district and includes retail, hotel, office and residential.
HDSF developed a logo, website and iPad app. The app included a notation feature in which a user could scribble on a floor plan and immediately send the notations to a potential tenant. The client was particularly thrilled with the app, which enabled them to walk the site with potential partners and share the project vision without worrying about a WiFi connection. Actually, they were rather excited about all of our deliverables – we love those clients!
